VN-1000 Specs 是車載終端處理機。車載處理機功能主要為收集移動車輛在行駛中的多種數據，如GPS位置信息、車速、偏移、剎車、GPRS通訊/iDEN通訊/CDMA通訊等。
VN-1000 Specs 同時可提供與車載周邊設配通訊，如油量偵測器、乘客計數器等。
